Supreme Decree No. 298 Regulation of Dangerous Freight Transportation on Streets and Roads.
This regulation establishes the conditions, rules and procedures applicable to cargo transportation, on streets and roads, of substances or products that by their characteristics , are dangerous or represent risks to human health, to public safety or to the environment . The provisions of this decree are without prejudice of the special regulation that applies to every dangerous product in particular.
