Regulations

In CONFINOR S.A. we believe in the control and mitigation of environmental degradation, so it is essential to establish the boundaries of those elements that provide some degree of danger to people or the environment.

Supreme Decree No. 95 Regulation of the System of Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA).

This Regulation lays down provisions on which the the System of Environmental Impact Assessment and Community Participation will be governed, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19,300 on the General Basis of the Environment.

This tool allows to enter the environmental dimension in the design and implementation of projects and activities done in Chile. It attemps to ensure that initiatives, both public and private, are environmentally sustainable and comply with all environmental requirements that apply to it.
