In CONFINOR S.A. we believe in the control and mitigation of environmental degradation, so it is essential to establish the boundaries of those elements that provide some degree of danger to people or the environment.

NCh 2245 Hazardous Substances - Chemicals - Safety Data Sheet (HDS) and Safety Data Sheet for transportation (HDST).
This rule establishes the necessary regulations for reporting on the essential characteristics, degree of risk that presents the chemicals to people, facilities or materials, transportation and environment.
Also it allows to fulfill the legal duty to make known the occupational risks (right to know).
