Supreme Decree No. 148 Health Regulations on Management of Hazardous Waste.
The Health Regulations on Management of Hazardous Waste, defines which are the hazardous waste and stipulates the responsibilities for generators, carriers and recipients of them.
The regulation establishes the analytical procedures for the identification and classification of hazardous waste and the standards for its storage, transport, reuse and recycling, incineration and final disposal.
