Supreme Decree No. 132 Mining Safety Regulation
This regulation aims to establish the regulatory framework to which the operations of the National Mining and Quarrying Industry must be submmited:
a) To protect the lives and physical integrity of people who work in this industry and of those that under specific and defined circumstances are linked to it.
b) To protect the facilities and infrastructure that enable mining operations, and thus the continuity of its processes.
The provisions of these Regulation apply to all activities developed in the Mining and Quarrying Industry.
