Supreme Decree No. 40 Regulation on Prevention of Occupational Risks
This regulation establishes the rules that govern the application of Title VII, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks and of the other provisions on the same subject contained in Law No. 16,744 on social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases.
It also establishes rules for the implementation of Article 171 of the Labor Code.
